๐Ÿ“Œ 1. Subscriptions

๐Ÿ“… 1.1 Cancellation & Refunds

โœ… Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery date to avoid charges.

โœ… Refunds:

  • If canceled within 7 days of the initial order, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.

๐Ÿšš 1.2 Missed Deliveries

  • If we fail to deliver on the scheduled date, you will receive either:
    โœ”๏ธ A full refund for that delivery OR
    โœ”๏ธ A free replacement delivery (based on your preference).

๐Ÿ“Œ 1.3 Scheduled Delivery & Cancellations for Subscribers

  • Orders will be delivered to the registered location as per the scheduled time.
  • If you wish to cancel a specific dayโ€™s order, you must inform us at least 1 day in advance.
  • Options for 1-day prior cancellation:
    โœ… Use the meal on another scheduled day.
    โœ… Get a refund for that dayโ€™s order.
  • โŒ Late cancellations (on the same day) are not accepted, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

๐Ÿฅ˜ 2. Single-Day Food Orders

โœ๏ธ 2.1 Order Changes & Cancellations

โœ… Modify Order: Up to 12 hours before delivery time.

โœ… Cancel Order:
  • 12+ hours before delivery: Full refund.
  • Within 12 hours of delivery: Non-refundable.

  • If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate and provide either:

    โœ”๏ธ A full refund (if eligible).

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

  • If your product is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and special offers are non-refundable.
