๐ 1. Subscriptions
๐ 1.1 Cancellation & Refunds
โ Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery date to avoid charges.
โ Refunds:
- If canceled within 7 days of the initial order, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
๐ 1.2 Missed Deliveries
- If we fail to deliver on the scheduled date, you will receive either:
โ๏ธ A full refund for that delivery OR
โ๏ธ A free replacement delivery (based on your preference).
๐ 1.3 Scheduled Delivery & Cancellations for Subscribers
- Orders will be delivered to the registered location as per the scheduled time.
- If you wish to cancel a specific dayโs order, you must inform us at least 1 day in advance.
- Options for 1-day prior cancellation:
โ Use the meal on another scheduled day.
โ Get a refund for that dayโs order. - โ Late cancellations (on the same day) are not accepted, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

- 12+ hours before delivery: Full refund.
- Within 12 hours of delivery: Non-refundable.

- If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and provide either:

โ๏ธ A full refund (if eligible).
๐ช 3. Homemade Food Products (Pickles, Sweets, Savory Items)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
