π Delivery Issues
πΉ Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
πΉ Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery, contact us to reschedule or arrange pickup from the facility.
π Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to report the issue:
π For HMB Food Orders:
- Contact us via WhatsApp/Call immediately.
- Share clear photos of the damaged food and mention your Order ID.
π For HomeMade Delight Products (Sweets & Savories):
- Email us at order@homemadebowl.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach photos of the damaged package πΈ.
- Include your Order Number π.
Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if deemed eligible.
β Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

π Homecooked Food & Return Policy
π Homecooked Meals:
- Our meals are freshly prepared by homecooks and delivered from the nearest homecook based on prior orders.
- For food replacements/returns:
β Return the food to the same delivery personnel.
β Contact us via Call/WhatsApp for assistance.
π Subscription Orders:
- Meals are delivered via third-party carriers.
- Replacements or refunds are only applicable in the case of:
β Damaged, broken, or leaked packaging.
β Food cannot be returned or refunded for taste preferences, as it is freshly prepared as per company standards.
β If spoilt food is delivered, a refund will be issued, and action will be taken against the responsible homecook. - Refund processing time: 5-7 working days after investigation.

- Our sweets & savories are prepared by homechefs on a pre-order basis.
- Non-returnable items unless:
β The product is spoilt.
β The package is damaged upon arrival.
π Late Deliveries:
- Delays may occur due to external factors like weather, transport issues, or unforeseen delivery problems.
- Refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries will be processed only after a confirmation review.
